Guide
Review the Audit History
Track workspace changes without reconstructing who changed what from memory.
Before you start
- Know the user, area, or change window you are trying to investigate.
Do this
- Open
Audit. - Filter by user email if you need to narrow to one actor.
- Filter by request method if you are trying to isolate creates, updates, or deletes.
- Review the summary, detail, category, outcome, and timestamp for each event.
- Page through the history until you find the change you need.
Check it worked
- You can see who made the change, what area it touched, and when it happened.
- The event list is narrow enough to answer the question without guesswork.
If it does not work
- If the list is too broad, filter by user first.
- If you still cannot identify the change, narrow the time window outside of OpsBell and refresh the view.
- If access is denied, the workspace needs an admin to review audit history.
