Connect Atlassian Once, Then Enable Jira and Confluence

Use the shared Atlassian connection as the base for both Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud.

Before you start

  • Use an Atlassian account that can reach the Jira projects and Confluence spaces this workspace should use.

Do this

  1. Open Settings > Integrations.
  2. Connect the shared Atlassian account.
  3. After the OAuth connection succeeds, enable Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud where you need them.
  4. Configure Jira and Confluence separately for the projects and spaces this workspace should use.

Check it worked

  • Atlassian is connected.
  • Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud can both load their remote options.

If it does not work

  • If Atlassian OAuth fails, reconnect with an account that can see both products.
  • If one child integration still cannot load options, fix that product-specific setup next.
