Configure Statuspage

Before you start

• Decide which Statuspage pages the workspace should be allowed to publish to.

Do this

1. Open Settings > Integrations and select Statuspage.
2. Save the API key.
3. Load the available pages.
4. Add the pages this workspace should use and mark defaults where needed.
5. Link components to the right systems or functions.
6. Review status and severity mappings plus public templates.
7. Test the end-to-end flow with one incident.

Check it worked

• Pages and components load successfully.
• Incidents can publish to the selected Statuspage pages.
• Component linkage and public templates behave as expected.

If it does not work

• If pages do not load, rotate or recheck the API key.
• If publishing fails, verify the selected pages and mapping setup first.
